Terrace Oaks Office Park

Moser Pilon Nelson designed two multi-level suburban Chicago office buildings on a six-acre site. The buildings, totaling 110,000 SF, are flanked by retention ponds in a park-like setting. Entrances are punctuated by recessed glass-enclosed atriums. The three-story skylit entrances bring natural light into the elevator lobbies that are finished in metal, glass and granite.
